Vasil Vasilev

I could not find a well-documented, widely known professional footballer named Vasil Vasilev from Bulgaria associated with Botev Plovdiv in major international or widely used Bulgarian football databases up to my last update. This name may refer to one of several possibilities:

• Youth or lower-profile player — He may have been a youth-team player, reserve, or amateur associated with Botev Plovdiv whose appearances and statistics are not extensively recorded online.
• Alternate spelling / transliteration — Bulgarian names are sometimes transliterated differently (e.g., Vasil Vasilev, Vasil Vassilev, Vasil Vasilev V., etc.). Records might appear under a slightly different spelling.
• Historical / obscure player — If he played long ago or only briefly, coverage may be minimal or limited to local/archival sources not indexed broadly.

What I can do next

• Search specific Bulgarian-language sources, club archives, match programs, or historical squad lists if you want; providing any additional details (approximate years active, position, date of birth, or full name in Cyrillic) will help narrow the search.
• Look up similarly named players (alternate transliterations) who played for Botev Plovdiv to check for matches with the person you mean.

If you provide more specifics (years, position, or the name in Bulgarian/Cyrillic), I will refine the search and return a more detailed profile including career clubs, appearances, and notable achievements where available.
