Naoto Otake

• Nationality: Japan
• Club (mentioned): Yukuhema Flagils

I could not find reliable public records for a Japanese soccer player named Naoto Otake associated with a team called Yukuhema Flagils. It’s possible that:

• the name or club is misspelled or transliterated differently (common with Japanese names and smaller/non-professional clubs),
• the player is active at an amateur, local or youth level and not covered in major databases or media, or
• the club might be a small regional team, corporate team, or newly formed side without wide online presence.

If you can provide alternate spellings (for example, Otake vs. Ohtake or Ootake), the player’s approximate birth year, the prefecture or region, or any other details (position, years active), I can search again and provide a more complete profile including career history, stats, and notable achievements.
